on my left foot my little toe have been swollen for 4days did xrays its not broken now my toe next to that one is swollen how to get the swollen down?

Ice, taping and rest: Toe swelling can last for weeks if not months for trauma. Because there's so little fat and tissue around the toe, swelling occurs without resistance. Icing, taping and massage can help decrease swelling but most likely will need a lot of patience.

Evaluation ASAP: Even without pain this should be evaluated ASAP. It is always a good idea when something supposedly stable suddenly changes.
