im 17 years old and have all the symptoms of a brain tumor. can it be a brain tumor or epilapsy?

More details needed: What are in your consideration all the symptoms of a brain tumor? If you had epilepsy you would know it, trust me Having said that there are many different presentation of brain tumors, from blindness, to bad headaches. you would have to be a little more specific.
