are chills and chest pains signs of heart problem?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Martin Raff
56 years experience Infectious Disease
Symptoms: Chills and chest pains can emanate from conditions which affect the heart, but using such symptoms to establish a specific diagnosis without more historical info and a full physical exam and some testing is not the manner in which medicine is practiced. If you feel you may have heart disease, or are concerned about how you are feeling you should be seen and evaluated professionally. Good luck.
