Pregnancy test: check a pregnancy test if you have missed a period

Home Urine Test: The first sign of possible pregnancy is failure to menstruate at the expected time. Do a home urine pregnancy test on first voided urine in the AM. Be sure to follow the directions carefully. If the test is negative(-) repeat the pregnancy test in one week. If still negative consult your physician. Yes: In an uncomplicated pregnancy, it is generally safe to travel up until about the last month. Travel above 10, 000 ft in an unpressurized cabin can cause problems with the placenta. Sitting for prolonged periods in an airplane can increase your risk of blood clots in your legs so getting up every 2 hours is important.

Dr. David Fein

Heavy weightlifting: In general, exercise in pregnancy is not only safe, but offers health benefits. We suggest avoiding oxygen-depriving exercises like heavy weightlifting or marathon running. Two great rules of thumb while working out: keep your pulse rate under 140 or maintain the ability to converse with your exercise partner!

Do a PG test: Don't be an ostrich with this concern, do a pregnancy test now. The sooner you find out the more options you may have about pregnancy continuance or not. Remember, the ostrich doesn't face issues with its' head in the sand and when bad things occur the ostrich gets in the "posterior".
