Have looked at: I would have a physician have look at that sore. Some of what you describe sounds like syphilis unfortunately. If you have recently been sexually active without protection (condoms) and this has appeared I would be suspect of syphilis. Especially when you say its an open sore that is not painful. That clinical sign points to syphilis but again a physician needs to take a history and physical.
