Mgt: The severity of your pneumonia was significant and can lead to changes of airway structure. One possible diagnosis is bronchiectasis. I would suggest a sputum culture and TB skin test, in addition to a HRCT of your chest to evaluate. A virtual appointment is also available for further details and to review uploaded results.
