A 20-year-old male asked:

Previous hallucinogen drug abuse has given me anxiety. i have delusions of demons and i can picture out evil faces almost anywhere i look. just looking for some tips, xanax (alprazolam) helps me but pref no drugs.

Unfortunately: The best treatment may be a medication for persisting effects from hallucinogenic damage. Other relaxation strategies may be helpful as would guided meditation to learn to control the thought processes for longer periods of time and increase a sense of connection to reality.

Meds may help: Although you prefer no medication, discussion with a psychiatrist may convince you that it is worth a trail of certain medications which may put those hallucinations into remission. Xanax (alprazolam) may not be needed if you are using other medications. Combining therapy with some medications at this point probably will also be helpful. Give it a try
