Impossible to tell: Without seeing it in person to examine the sore mouth, it is impossible to give an educated answer, especially with no other symptoms. See a doctor.

Depends: Who you should see and what you should do about a sore mouth depends on what is sore in your mouth. I would suggest seeing a dental professional as a starting point. If your problem is not a dental problem you can be referred to the appropriate healthcare provider.

Probably little: Generally these small ulcers are painful and we do not know the cause, but they clear up in about a week. On the other hand they may be due to herpes simplex virus, syphilis can produce mouth ulcers, as can coxsackie virus. Without seeing it and having more information the best advice is that if it persists, have it seen by your primary care doctor.

Should be OK.: The acids in your stomach should break that down, causing no long term deleterious effects.
