i've been having snake like crawling in my back on my spine. i've felt this off and for a week now. (i'm 44 year old female)?

Crawling on back: Formication the sensation of insects (I know you mentioned snakes)crawling can be menopause, DM, shingles,lyme, alcohol, or colon issues(f.u is diarrhea/constipation/blood), allergies. Would get lyme tested, shingles, at some point you should get the classic lesions that look like chicken pox, usually within a week,so less likely,rarely Morgellons. . Follow up with doctor/urgent care
