Had my ear pierced a couple weeks ago. little tiny bit of white pus came out, it is not swollen, red or hot and it doesn't hurt. is it infected?

Not likely : The healing process involves the deposition of fibrin and proteins which can be thick and white. However, you still need to consider the possibility of a developing infection. If there is increasing drainage, swelling, redness, pain, then you do need to see a doctor. Continue good pierced ear care.
