NO: Oxyelite pro has dmaa in it -- a synthetic substance not really from geraniums. It can increase blood pressure and cause heart attacks. The fda banned sales last year. It is a dangerous substance in itself. If you're on Prozac & xanax, (alprazolam) it sounds like you have some anxiety -- which could surely worsen with anything that has dmaa in it. Please don't use it.

I agree with Dr. Pappas and would expand that you urge your provider to cross taper you to standing dose Klonopin (Xanax use when you need it will encourage dependency). Then slowly taper off the klonopin and use only Prozac while you engage in interpersonal therapy. Stay hydrated, rest enough and use a partner to motivate you towards fitness goals.
