Depends on cause: Many stomach aches will get better on their own with time. Gas pain, gallstone pain, reflux etc may last for 20 min to a couple hours and then resolve. Acid diseases (gastritis, gerd, ) may be temporarily relieved by Tums (calcium carbonate) etc. Any stomach ache that lasts longer than 3-4 hours or doesn't resolve with over the counter meds should be evaluated by your md.

Must Diagnose First: I'm afraid that we are unable to treat what we haven't diagnosed. There are many different causes of abdominal pain, each with different ways to treat. If your pain is persistent, severe, associated w/high fever+/-vomiting, you should seek hands-on medical attention. We can then sort out the cause and get you well. Good luck.

Depends on cause: Hunger pains will improve if you eat. Constipation will improve if you have a bowel movement. Acid pain will usually improve with Tums (calcium carbonate) or other such antacid. Gallbladder pain may improve with time and is less likely if avoiding certain foods. For a simple stomach ache try Tums (calcium carbonate) or pepto bismol (or generics), drink a lot of fluid and try to have a bm. If the pain persists, see an md.

Need the reason.: Gastritis uses zantc, pepcid, (famotidine) Tums etc. Gallstones requires less fat diet and then surgery. If allergies to some foods, avoid them. If had taken antibiotics lately consider yougurt with probiotics. If persists see a doctor.

How can I cure a stomach ache without medicine?

Time : Most will resolve with time. Depends on what type of stomach ache you have. Fiber (a medicine) will help with constipation, bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate) (a medicine) will help with acid reflux. Anything you take to feel better is a medicine. See merriam-webster: "medicine: a substance or preparation used in treating disease".
