Lo of possibilities: You may have many different things causing this, but if you have chest pain with shortness of breath and pain up into neck I would seek medical attention as this may be your heart, despite being on your right side. Women are notorious for having atypical symptoms for heart disease. The loss of voice does not fit, but the rest is concerning for a cardiac cause to be ruled out first and foremost.
