Probable muscles.: If you can get a friend to press all the muscles in the upper back and shoulder to find an OUCH muscle. Then that is the target point. Heat, stretch and massage the area. Acupressure will help too. Chiro adjustments, Active Tissue Release, other hands-on manipulation options. I think "acupuncture-like" therapy is the best. see my post.
I'm not thinking pneumonia or collapsed lung.
