is it safe to bleach my belly hair during pregnancy?

Sure: It is generally thought that using topical agents on the skin is safer than using medications by mouth. I would say that avoidance of ALL non-necessary treatments in the first trimester is a great idea. After that, then skin beautification would be ok. Just remember, the skin has pores and those things that you put on the skin can be absorbed in small amounts into the blood stream.
