Warrants lab work: The fact you have no pain or urgency doesn't mean you don't have an infection..so that needs to be ruled out with at least a urinalysis. I might even send it out for a routine culture.
If not an infection the next most likely cause is something you ate, a supplement, or something along those lines.
A lab pathologist might off hand know a formal differential for urine tinted green. I don't.
