im taking bisoprolol 2.5 mg 3 times within 24 hr periods for svt. however my heart rate is 110bpm still when i have it checked. is there any other medications which are better at reducing heart rate?

Titration: Call your physician: your normal pulse should be 60-100/min. Your dose of type of beta blocker might have to be adjusted. Keep a journal and measure your pulse 4 time daily: A.M., P..M., evening and bedtime: this will help both you and your physician.
