i got ibs after somach bug and now it wakes me up during the night due to an awful upset stomach. i get no sleep. how do i fix this?? im 19

IBS/ gastroenteritis: IBS occurs due to change in flora. Consider probiotic, like Nextbiotic ( on Amazon) ,it has a number of species that have been helpful in diarrhea and may help with post gastroenteritis IBS(discuss w/doc) . Check for lactose intolerance drink 8 oz of 4% milk, if afterward you have bloating, gas, pain diarrhea you are lactose intolerant.F/U with gastroenterologist in next 2 weeks
