Hives: A rash that appears and goes away and reappears is urticaria. The cause is often difficult to determine. If you do figure out what is causing it avoid the trigger. Otherwise treat the rash with antihistamines. If it persists see your doctor. All the best.

Hive: The welt you describe sounds like a hive. A bite would typically not come and go. Possible you could have developed some type of allergy to bedding or night gown.

Why does my calf hurt when I stand on my toes?

Tight Calf Muscles!: The reason your calf hurts is how tight the entire muscle group is. When you stand on your toes, the calf muscle contracts, and if it is tight, then you may have pain. Performing runners' stretches are very beneficial and should help reduce the pain. If it continues, seek medical treatment with a podiatrist.

How to stop the back of my knee from hurting right between where it bends?

Evaluation required: First step is to evaluate the cause of the pain. A baker's cyst behind the knee can cause pain, or cartilage problems are common. Many other causes are possible. An orthopedist evaluation may be most helpful.

I have a small hemeroid on the inner part of my anus. It does not itch or hurt. I noticed while wiping. Is there any suggestions to a fix?

No need.: Hemorroid won't need fixed until it's getting in the way of your bowel movements and/or hanging around down there and causing pain. Then see someone about fixing the hemorrhoid, but until then, ignore it.
