As the baby moves down in the pelvis which is what is happening slowly and gradually at this point in your pregnancy, the vaginal tissue is filling with fluid. This is due to the pressure the baby's head is placing on the veins of the pelvis. This is normal and will continue until delivery. It does not feel good but is expected.
