back and lower abdomen pain that radiates to my legs, indigestion, loose bowel movements, 37 weeks and 4 days pregnant. sign of labor?

Dr. Wayne Ingram
Specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Rhythmic or not?: If the pains are rhythmic and can be timed at regular intervals of increasingly shortened intervals then labor is on the way. If not it is just the pressure of the pregnancy on the internal structures.
