if someone is having repeated miscarriages what could the dr need to look for as the possible problem?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Dennis Higginbotham
29 years experience Obstetrics and Gynecology
Varies: Most women who have repeated miscarriages do not have any obvious problems. However, some will have a structural uterine anomaly (seen on ultrasound), some will have medical problems (like lupus), some will have genetic anomalies (seen on karyotyping). See your doctor for a complete evaluation.
