Not necessarily UTI: You should see your doctor to rule out a low grade infection, inflammation from a syndrome called interstitial cystitis, overactive bladder or it could be your normal pattern if you drink a lot of fluids! i cannot comment on any home remedies as we do not know the cause.

Bladder spasm: Infection is accompanied by burning on urination. A loose sacriliac joint (sij) from multiple childbirths or joint hypermobility syndrome (jhs) often with frequency & urgency. Urinating 4-5 times/night is common. Infection not discovered. Interstitial cystitis, disease with no known cause, is applicable. My theory is sij presacral plexus impingement & parasympathetic stimulation of bladder.
