Back to square 1: Seems to me that your problem was not solved. This electrical tazer like symptoms are typical for a nerve pain, yet again. Maybe the nerve in incorporated in scar tissue or even transected... Please have your physician who performed the procedure have a look again. Maybe a second opinion is in place as well.

See surgeon: I would recommend that you go back and see your surgeon. If they can't help you then i would recommend that you see an interventional pain management physician.
