Bladder or ovary: The possibilities for the origin of this pain are various. Amongst the most likely are urinary tract infection, an ovarian cyst or an ectopic pregnancy if sexually active without protection however a combination of the above is possible.

Could also be diverticulitis or constipation. See your GYN or a colorectal surgeon or gastroenterologist sooner rather than later.
