Age 27: Most studies show a decline in fertility around age 27. A further decline generally occurs between age 36-38 and a much more significant decline on average occurs around age 42-43. However, in some women, those declines can occur much earlier. And in some women they maintain high fertility at later ages. Some unpredictability.
