what is a good work out i can do at home without equipment to get a flat stomach?

Moderate intake: A flat stomach is largely due to watching what you eat. Fuel the body don't fuel the mind. An excellent at home exercise to help burn calories though is to jump rope. Try jumping for 5 minutes a day working up to 10 or 15 minutes.
