Neck Pain: Arthritic symptoms typically cause stiffness with inactivity that seems to loosen up as the day gets rolling. Don't waste money, but trying a couple different pillows could help. Taking an otc anti-inflammatory at bedtime could also help. Mckenzie pt, nsaid's, are reasonable as a first step. Md eval next.
