Infection: White cheesy non smelling discharge is usually called monoliasis and is due to fungas infection. Browish slightly smelly discharge is usually due to trichomoniasis. Both of these infections are quite common and boyh can be present at the same time. To trear: 1. Take Flagyl 500 mg 4 times a day for 5 days. 2. Insert terazol (terconazole) vaginal suppository every night for 3 days. You will be alright.
