Paradoxical rxn: Inderal (propranolol) is used for migraines but, like all meds, doesn't work for everyone or all the time. If you're continuing to get migraines on Inderal (propranolol) (i doubt it's causing them), try something else or in addition to it.

Headache: Check with your doctor all headaches aren't migraines.

Would not recommend: Inderal (propranolol) is a beta blocker, and is approved for migraine prevention, but adverse effects include depression, fatigue, slowing of pulse, faintness, exercise intolerance, cognitive clouding, and makes asthma worse. Better alternatives, include depakote, topirimate, naproxen, but also otc preps like butterbur, feverfew, coq10, riboflavin.
