15 weeks pregnant, noticed a slight sour-ish smell down there today. No other symptoms, normal thin & clear discharge.... Could this be bv?

BV or urine: Bv often will cause more of a "fishy" odor. Urine is described sometimes as a "sour" smell and because of the changes in pregnancy, women are more likely to leak urine. You should get it checked out with a pelvic exam to make sure you don't have a treatable infection.
