Discuss with doctor: Topamax (topiramate) has many possible adverse effects such as narrow angle glaucoma, kidney stones, metabolic acidosis, sedation, tingling, cognitive issues, but may help true migraines. However, many other treatments exist, including botox, and occipital nerve blocks. You may have dental issues influencing your headaches. Need to communicate your concerns with your doc.
