Tennis Elbow?: If your pain is in the lateral aspect of the elbow, you may have an over-use tendonitis. For instance, if you raked your whole yard and you're not used to that type of activity, you could have aggravated that tendon. You fp will be able to identify this pain and guide you to fixing it. Only lift things palm-up with your right arm for awhile & try advil (ibuprofen) 400mg three times a day to see of those help.
