could doingacupuncture help me control high cholestrol?

Acupuncture and HLP: No compelling research has been done to prove this. Diet, adequate exercise, life style modification, certain natural supplements and medications have been shown to be more effective. But acupuncture may help with appetite control, which leads to weight loss which leads to lower cholesterol. It may help with mood and depression thereby motivating exercise.
