taking some medication 4an infection &it says take every 12 hours but if i take it at 2pm i need 2retake it at 2am but my stomach gets upset what 2do?

Make it simple.: Most medications do not need to be taken exactly on schedule. If you take each tablet one hour earlier than expected for the next three doses then you will be on a very reasonable schedule of 12 am and 12 pm.
