Two year old vomiting and yellow green diarrhea for six days every time eats or drinks. Should i take her back in?

Dehydration: We worry about the little ones getting dehydrated if they go for too long with vomiting and diarrhea. Things that would make me more concerned: looking sluggish, pale, not urinating as much, not making tears or their mouth looks dry. Also if they're still having fevers after 6 days. But if one of my patients wasn't able to hold anything down after 6 days, i'd want to see them regardless.
