Not necessarily: Frequent ejaculation will not hurt sperm production or the ejaculatory apparatus. Sperm output and ejaculate volume are lowre with frequent ejaculation but production remains the same. It can, however, become an "addiction: that can hurt relationship if performed solely with self stimulation.

8c of any liquids: The typical recommended amount of fluid to take in daily is around 8 cups. That includes water, milk, juice, other beverages & liquid from foods like fruit. Thirst indicates too little. The ideal varies from day to day depending on heat, activity, etc. However, most women should try to drink a cup at and between each meal/snack and at bedtime to keep the fluid level steady, especially if pregnant.

I wear a pad everyday. Do I need surgery, or is there something else available?

Depends: I assume you are meaning a pad for vaginal bleeding. No matter your age, you should not be bleeding on a daily basis and this requires medical attention. If you are older, this could be a sign of cancer and needs to have a biopsy to fully evaluate this condition.

I have trouble remembering to take my oral medication every day. What's a good way to remember? What should I do if I forget a dose?

Pair it: Pair the medication with an activity you already do every day, like brushing your teeth. Put the bottle by your toothbrush. If you miss a dose, do not double up the next day. Just continue to take it as prescribed and if you miss a dose, you miss it.

Consult physician: Don't worry about the "quantity" of the sperm, unless there is none. A single drop is enough for conception purposes. You don't say if the penis gets flaccid before getting the orgasm or your total intercourse time is 5-10 minutes. You need to see a physician to evaluate this and other issues to find out the cause and prescribe a treatment if necessary.

No, rest is crucial: Periodsnof rest can be as important as the workouts themselves if you want to improve overall fitness (strength, endurance, speed).
