Many things: Most probably is low blood pressure. Warm water dilates blood vessels and lowers blood pressure. Being submerged in water can also lower blood pressure. Less likely, patients with optic nerve inflammation (optic neuritis and patients with multiple sclerosis -ms) will have dim vision when their body temperature rises. This is called uhthoff's syndrome.

Not sure but, : When you go from a warm bathtub to standing suddenly, you might experience a transient blurriness or visual black out. This could be due to something called orthostatic hypotension. Because blood vessels in the bath tub are vasodilated and relaxed. When you stand up, the blood vessels need to constrict in order for blood to get to your brain. One possibility.
