More info: Hard to say without more info. Have you had previous surgery? Do you have a small lump at your bellybutton that could represent a hernia? Has a doctor examined your abdomen? Any thing else effect it? Eating? Bowel movement? Urination?

Possibly urachal: Urachus is a fetal remnant connecting bladder to umbilicus. This can sometimes be in form of a urachal cyst. Other possibilities include bowel adhesion/s or a "meckel's diverticulum. This is a small bowel diverticulum which can be attached to belly button. One of these could account for your symptom. An abdominal ultrasound could be considered if this is really bothering you.
