Bad prognosis: Not sure of your question or what you need, but generically, the situation is not good at all. An intracranial hemorrhage of any etiology has a 60% death rate by year 1. The extension of the blood into the subarachnoid space is a very bad sign, and, even if survival occurs, there will be substantial neurological disability, both physically and cognitively. Please contact hospital ethicist.
