is it safe to get the milk thistle plant seeds and make a herbal drink for liver after boil them like tea. and what amount should be used as seeds?

Dr. Charles Glueck

No: Do not do this. The herbal drink will often produce symptomatic low blood glucose (sugar) levels, and the drink itself has no benefit for the liver.
