my period is one week late, and i took two home pregnancy tests and both were negative. i have mild cramps but no period. what should i do?

May be nothing: If you did the tests correctly, using first morning urine and follwed the instructions in the package, you are not likely to be pregnant. However, menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and usually self correct.
