Best advice: U need a face to face, in person office consultation with ur doctor to assess or reassess your symptoms & formulate a diagnosis of your condition. If your doctor is a primary care physician, she/he may rule out any physical condition & refer you to a mental health professional or another specialist to follow-up and treat your condition accordingly. Be safe and avoid self-medicating yourself, thx!
