Need good base first: Have a good dental cleaning finishing with the use of a prophyjet. Then most any of the toothpaste will be the same results.

Several options: I would ask your dentist first and ask him what he thinks is best for you. There are many ways to bleach teeth.

Tooth Whitening: Step one: use a whitening toothpaste but only short term as it is very abrasive. Step two: get a professional cleaning if it has been some time since your last one. Step three: make sure you have no cavities and your gums are healthy. Step four: ask your dentist what your whitening options are, both professional and at home methods. Decide what is best for you. At home methods are not as effective.

Discuss with dentist: With most things in life, you get what you pay for ; 'bargain' methods or products are usually not as effective or have substantial limitations. See your dentist to discuss the many available methods ; then once informed, you can make an intelligent decision. In my opinion, crest whitestrips are relatively effective and less costly than in office professional tooth whitening but have limitations!

Depends: How dark are the teeth? For mild discoloration, or for someone who wants minor color change, try crest whitestrips or cao sheerwhite!. But if you want a moderate or major color change, see your dentist. I have had great success with 1 or 2 in- office zoom! led treatment and dispense custom fit home trays with either 10%, 16% or 22% nitewhite or 14% daywhite. Or kor whitening system.

Yes and no!: There are many ways to whiten your teeth. Just look on the internet. Whitening is actually cleaning the enamel or outside layer of your teeth. But be careful! the layer underneath is dentin and that can be very sensitive. Too much whitening can damage this layer, cause extreme discomfort and and actually damage the nerve inside your teeth.
