Yes: Letrozole (femara) is primarily cleared/metabolized by a liver enzyme called cytochrome p450. Several herbs and supplements can enhance or impair cytochrome p450 activity and hence alter the metabolism of letrazole through competing at this enzyme. Please check with your doctor if you are using any herbs or supplements.
