I have svt. we have a wood burning sauna (steam bath). the temperature is usually as high as 180-200degrees fahrenhiet. will it stimulate my heart?

See a cardiologist: Ablation is very effective. Meds tend to be disappointing. As you get older the svt is likely to get worse. Meanwhile avoid stimulents, stay out of the sauna, and sleep the same every night.
