Often back pain and: Ankylosing spondylitis is a condition affecting the disc spaces in lower back causing slippage/deformity, and thus causing chronic back pain and stiffness. This more often presents in young males before age of 40. Typically symptoms are worse in am and improve somewhat with activities. Fatigue/fever/wt loss may occur during active disease . Bumps in back of head not likely related. Good luck.
