Tummy tuck: From your description, it sounds like you would benefit from a tummy tuck. The procedure would tighten the belly muscles and remove excess skin. I would recommend waiting at least 4-6 months after giving birth to allow your tissue to heal and contract some on its own. I also wouldn't advise a tummy tuck until after your finished having children.
