Decompression : Cervical decompression may be an option. This type of treatment involves slight relief of pressure of spine as the neck is lifted gently upward away from shoulders. Done by gravity decompression (inversion table), mechanical decompression (cervical spine home decompression), and manual decompression (pt). Consult md prior to using this modality.
