Call local hospital: Many hospital have charity care programs and if such hospital owns some ambulatory centers/clinics, qualified patients can receive care free of charge for many of the services available. You can also search on the internet/local health departments for available offices.. Good luck.

Breast exam: Absolutely get your breast exam done soon. You can try the county health clinic in your local area. Also if there is an academic center that has a university hospital they will likely have free resources. Good luck!
